Mr. Higgins is a graduate of Cumberland School of Law at Samford University and holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelors Degree in Finance from the University of Florida. In addition to the skill gained through his legal experience in transactions, negotiation and litigation, Mr. Higgins has a broad range of experience in business related matters from working in small companies to his years spent in marketing, management, and operations in domestic and international trade with a Fortune 50 company. Mr. Higgins is admitted and qualified as an Attorney and counselor of the Supreme Court of the United States of America. He is also admitted as an Attorney, solicitor, and Counselor in the courts of law and equity in Georgia and is a member of the Bar of the Supreme Court of Georgia and the court of appeals of Georgia. Professional affiliations include the Georgia Association of Personal Injury Attorneys, the Georgia Association of criminal Defense Attorneys and the North Fulton Bar Association.
